•Transferred and consolidated the global credit and collection activities to the global shared services center (GSSC), achieving a substantial reduction in the past due portfolio, improving the percentage established as a target; complementing this task I worked with Corporate to implement the credit and collection policy.•Planned and coordinated activities transfer of accounts payable, accounting, treasury, consolidation and financial analysis, from Corporate and some offices around the world to the GSSC in Guadalajara, with this I standardized activities and optimized the organizational structures to provide the services in accordance to established policies and objectives, with excellent results in reducing administrative costs and making internal controls more efficient.•Designed, developed and implemented the service level agreements (SLA) with our internal clients, from all areas, stipulating and establishing the responsibilities including commitments of my organization towards them, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the service.•Developed and established the metrics (KPIs) of my organization, to measure our service, as well as to detect areas of opportunity; with this I optimized the results based on established objectives.•Prepared and implemented the business continuity plan (BCP) where I established the activities, responsibilities and time of response, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of our services. This plan was successfully executed during the pandemic, achieving 100% effectiveness.•Designed and executed the survey project "voice of employee" and "voice of customer", through which I measured their satisfaction, notably improving work environment and internal customer feedback.•Optimized the organizational structure of the (GSSC) creating a team of 80 people that streamlined the processes and served the financial services provided to the operations of 27 countries (5 in America, 15 in Europe/Middle East; 7 in Asia Pacific/Oceania).
