Profile bio

About Victor Holman

I’m on a mission to teach athletes of all ages how to leverage analytics, create value for their teams and execute coach’s strategy. I’m excited to share with you a groundbreaking application that will transform the way teams approach analytics and the way coaches get players to execute their game plans. For the past 20 years I’ve served as a business performance consultant to Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and government agencies. I’ve authored books on corporate and personal performance, and sports analytics, and developed systems to help teams execute strategy. What I’ve learned is that like successful businesses, sports teams can apply simple processes to measure value and get players to execute their game plan. But here’s the challenge. Sports data is increasing at a staggering pace, creating the potential for enormous insight. But teams can hardly keep up…b/c they can’t manage the data…let alone translate it to the players (who are the ones responsible for delivering results). In addition, salary caps have skyrocketed and teams are sinking literally $100s of millions on players who just aren’t worth it…b/c they don’t have a system for measuring team and player value. That’s why I developed the Agile Sports Framework, and Agile Sports Analytics App, the first turnkey sports management system that helps teams translate data, measure value and get results! I say turnkey b/c any team can implement the processes and use the app to continuously improve, play with synergy and achieve their goals.Agile Sports Analytics is unlike any sports statistics or analytics tool on the market, b/c it integrates a proven process for inspecting team performance, making swift adjustments and planning and measuring player value based on team goals. But what really sets Agile Sports Analytics apart from anything out there is its unique approach that teaches athletes how to create value and execute the coach’s strategy.Player Value Cards let analysts recommend metrics that challenge players and focuses on team needs. And PLAYERS select the metrics THEY commit to achieving…. IT’S LIKE FANTASY SPORTS, BUT FOR PLAYERS where they earn points based on the VALUE they deliver. Players have fun and learn how to create value. And coaches get their game plan executed. It’s a win/win situation! And here’s the amazing part. This powerful system is simple to use and ANY sports team can use it to gain a competitive advantage. It integrates with your existing analytics platform and doesn’t compromise your team’s proprietary information or algorithms.

Listed skills include Strategy, Business Analysis, Management, Strategic Planning, and 39 others.
