I am an EFL teacher educator. I have over 33 years of experience. I have taught at schools, pedagogical institutes, language centres and universities in Lima, Peru. I am the founder and creator of the Peruvian English Teachers Network (PETsNet).The highlight of my involvement in Teacher training came when I joined a group of Peruvian English Teachers at the ESS Project supported by the Ministry of Education and British Council since 1991. I was trained to be an EFL teacher trainer. In 1993, I started training in-service state school English teachers in Cusco. Moreover, in 2004, I started out presenting at many international conferences for English teachers in Mexico, Chile, Cuba, Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica y Ecuador as well around Perú.Currently, I am doing a PhD in Education at UNFV. Over the years, I’ve developed some teaching material and anthologies. As a course developer, I have applied my extensive knowledge of ICT and distance/blending learning in developing my courses using different e-learning tools such as Blogger, Twitter, Facebook, Ning, Moodle, etc.
