Manage shared email inbox. Download and review art files, assign identification numbers to artwork, input art files into system. Interact with Customer Service Representatives, Graphics Specialists II, and Label Engineers. Create die lines. Assist Label Engineers with proof projects and DJD. Assist Graphics team with proof projects. Locate past project files. Send files to other plants. Obsolete files. Locate, create, or otherwise provide additional documents and/or support to the team as needed.

Seasonal. Edit video footage of annual recital, add graphic elements, design and program menu, publish to DVD, and design packaging.
