The MMDP Program is a 2-year program with four 6-month job rotations within the materials management and logistics discipline at Pratt & Whitney. The goal of the program is to have a broad understanding of the organization and allow for development across multiple job functions in an accelerated time period.

-Worked on the Q1 Overhaul Pilot for three groups. The pilot included facilitating data collection and completion of skill definitions.
