ScrumMaster, with over 8-years’ experience across a range of Digital, Marketing and Engagement campaigns in differing international environments. Proficiencies include Project Management, from inception to completion, Marketing, Communications and Engagement. Over 5-years’ working in the Digital Project Management sphere, utilising an array of management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, has given me the skills required to proactively identify, monitor, challenge and lead projects across large-scale, international teams. Costing, scoping, risk management, briefing and delivery of website, eCRM, DM and data projects has provided me with a thorough understanding of the complex relationship between internal team specialists and client stakeholders. Subsequent roles in high-profile international membership-based organisations, required further skills in Business Development, Marketing, Brand Awareness, Social Media Management, Content creation, Strategy Management, especially in relation to Communications and Engagement, and a deep understanding of client needs.
