Working collaboratively across the Audience Engagement branch to ensure the delivery of high-quality audience experiences within designated time frames and budgets._Supporting and developing workflows and timelines in the delivery of digital and on-site event delivery._Providing a solution-focused approach to resolving complex operational issues._Training, staffing and roster coordination to support the delivery of events and programs for all audiences._Liaising with organisations, communities, contractors and staff to ensure the safe and successful operational requirements for a range of audience experiences, including stakeholder management ability and partnership negotiation skills._Supporting a process of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback through internal process reviews.

Coordinating the operation of the George Paton Gallery program, ensuring it is responsive to student needs and demands and effectively administered. I worked in the development and delivery of UMSU coordinated artistic and student engagement activities, with a particular emphasis on the development of Arts‐related programs, spaces and events. I worked with students to assist in developing their concepts for exhibition purposes. I provide advice and support to the UMSU Creative Arts Department, with particular emphasis on grant processes and support for events and projects. I was responsible for the develop and administration of the Union Art Collection. I also a participated in the Arts and Entertainment coordinating group and the Arts and Entertainment Student Advisory Group.

Rae & Bennett Fine Art Printers was the business collaboration between Clare Rae and Victoria Bennett. Providing a digital pigment photographic printing service, photographic artwork documentation, post-production imaging and gallery space.The curatorial approach of Rae & Bennett Gallery was to develop, widen and strengthen contemporary image based practices whilst working with established artists and providing opportunities for emerging artists. In particular Rae & Bennett sought to broaden the expectations of photography and its possibilities by inviting challenging multi-disciplined artists to engage with the medium. This curatorial strategy helped to develop an exciting and diverse program of varied interventions and interpretations of photography. We created a space not dedicated to showing photography, but rather where photography was a thread throughout a program of video, performance, illustration, sculpture and installation. Rae & Bennett was sold in January 2014.

Specific duties included volunteer management and coordination, front of house, grant applications and acquittals and maintaining archives and databases. Additional responsibilities included gallery maintenance, opening night production, managing budgets and liaising with artists and exhibition programming.
