Fitness to me is much more than how much you can lift or how fast you can run. It is a road to self-improvement, developing discipline, mental awareness, and overcoming challenges. My life’s journey is a mixture of great accomplishments and moments of despair, and through it all, I am anchored by my desire to push myself a little further than where I’ve been before. I aspire to help others to discover the wonderful sensation that comes when you keep going, even when your muscles burn and you want to quit. My goal is to help others to improve their mental and physical health, increase confidence, happiness, and self-worth.
