I oversee the Drama Department and programme at Radley College, with a focus on directing and producing theatre, and facilitating professional actor training; I create and implement the vocational training within secondary education for young people, alongside delivering academic drama GCSE & A Level and KS3 co-curricular DramaI plan and produce the artistic programme, direct the musical and year group plays, and oversee various drama competitions and workshops. I manage the scheduling of a 400 seat theatre and studio, and oversee the drama department and line-manage the theatre team, teachers and visiting LAMDA staff.Championing diversity, inclusivity and access to the Arts drives in my approach. In collaboration with Partnerships, I create opportunities for local schools, theatre companies and venues in the region of Oxford and London to boost inclusivity and diversity, as well as access to the arts.I collaborate with the Development Office for bursary fundraising, including the video ‘Your Radley’ which rasied over £90,000 for bursaries. I also work alongside Admissions overseeing the Drama Scholarship interviews.

Six month tour performing a show exploring the importance of 'communication' sponsored by British Telecom. The show was followed by a workshop where the key issues raised were explored on a verbal and practical level.

Worked as an Account Executive for a range of theatre/artistic companies leading up to and during the Fringe Festival. Included communication with visiting artists, editing and assisting on press releases and liaising with media.
