 Collaborate with the Eccles School Equity, Diversity and Inclusion working group to identify key EDI growth areas.  Identify current research on equity, diversity, and inclusion to inform a draft EDI framework to align with the School’s strategic goals and values. Composed and actualized the Eccles School EDI framework now adopted by the Eccles School community.  Manage collaborative relationships across the Eccles School and the University of Utah EDI division in aligning EDI action planning with strategic goals.  Collaborate with campus partners to provide workshops and learning on equity, diversity, and inclusion topics.  Co-construct equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives with Eccles School leadership to create meaningful EDI change across departments and programs.  Design program initiatives to aide a diverse student population in navigating the University of Utah and Eccles School systems.  Develop and maintain campus and community partnerships to recruit, retain and graduate a diverse Eccles student population.

 Fully designed a program from idea to implementation focused on the academic, social, and emotional development of students experiencing financial need to attend the University of Utah. Collaborate with a diverse board of advisors to aid in the continued growth of the program through recruitment of new revenue streams and community involvement.  Meet students where they are in co-constructing college success plans and connecting scholars to additional resources to aid in their success.  Construct experiential learning opportunities for scholars, including monthly events, workshops, speaker series, and travel to support the holistic development of students.  Produce annual reports focused on student success for a holistic understanding and beyond market-driven metrics.  Develop and maintain professional and peer mentorship program.

 Counseled 400+ students on academic, social, and emotional needs  Innovated a schoolwide community attendance intervention program to improve truancy and build a sense of belonging.  Worked with counseling staff to develop a strategic plan for Comprehensive Counseling and Guidance programs with a focus on community engagement.

 Designed and implemented a retention program for marginalized students. Worked with counseling staff to develop a strategic plan for retaining students receiving need-based aid. Assisted students and parents in navigating the high school environment. Developed a summer bridge program to prepare incoming students. Developed progress reports to track student success.

 Counseled a diverse group of students on academic, social, and emotional concerns. Designed Stress Management Awareness Week activities and events. Co-facilitated grief and teen issues counseling groups. Assisted students in the Higher Achievement Program with individual counseling and support in navigating a predominately white institution.  Cultivated meaningful interactions with students through experiential learning including expressive dance and outdoor challenges.

 Met with students and advised on higher education and programs offered at Westminster to aid students in identifying institutional “fit.” Analyzed past territory statistics and developed recruitment strategies to meet application, deposit, and enrollment growth targets.  Worked with Diversity Center and Lacrosse Team to recruit students throughout the United States.  Developed training modules and onboarded new staff.

 Assisted in planning and implementing event logistics including annual investor conferences.  Created web copy for the Prudential Capital website including investor bios and trade deal summaries.  Acted as liaison between Marketing group and other departments throughout the company including the junior investment analyst team.
