This position works cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams to execute deliverables, services, and programs that convene public and private, federal, state, and local transit agencies and organizations.Specific responsibilities include:- Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Membership Director with operational tasks such as invoicing, membership dues collection, and the quality assurance of the membership database system - Manage relations and convene monthly meetings with the ITS State Chapter Council Committee - Generate summary and tabular data reports tracking financial performance and membership data in the company’s CRM platform- Coordinate the ITS America member webinars series which promotes knowledge sharing on ITS trends and technologies amongst ITS professionals

Major projects included helping manage approximately 300 speakers for the ITS World Congress Event, conduct data collection and research for the MobilityXX project, and write high-level policy summaries for ITS America policy blog, partner blogs, and for staff.

Oversee Associated Students of the University of Redlands sustainability projects, and promote sustainability on campus by collaborating with departments and students.
