As a People Business Partner I support the people priorities for our Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Cloud Partnerships departments- driving and supporting effective business and workforce planning. I work alongside our leaders to provide sound advice to support people practices in line with our values and company goals. As a People Business Partner I work on things such as performance, strategy and people related topics as a key member of the department's leadership teams. I gather and analyze HR information to identify valid insights and convert these into recommendations to guide decision-making.

Through intelligent and innovative adoption, our customers always adopt cloud rapidly, efficiently and at scale. As an Employee Engagement Lead I am responsible for all employees in the Southeast. Responsibilities ranged from onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and working closely with managers on employee needs. I also run our 3 day onboarding training for all employees in North America.

As the HR Manager, I oversaw the growth of Relus Cloud/Relus Technologies from 13 to 175 people in 4 years. Responsibilities ranged from new hires, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and 401k program (including transition to new providers). Managed and implemented new payroll, benefits, and 401k program in less than 6 months. Created onboarding training from scratch for all new hires regardless of role. As part of the merger and acquisition team, we were acquired by Cloudreach, a UK based cloud solutions provider in September 2018.
