• In charge of PR for the following accounts and projects: Heineken Chile, Pisco Mistral, Lollapalooza after parties and day time activities, Renaissance Hotel inauguration, various fashion events, Converse pop up studio (Rubber Tracks), John Frieda hair care, Jergens body lotions, Bioré facial care.• Responsible for writing and distributing press releases for account news and events.• Responsible for creating event concepts and the appropriate guest lists. • Responsible for generating press coverage at events, including invitation of all relevant media as well as social photographers in order to generate material to send to the main magazines. • Responsible for monitoring daily press and clipping articles relevant to my accounts in order to make sure the PR goals were being met. • Responsible for creating appropriate press plans for each action the brand chose to pursue, these plans involved maximizing the possible press potential of each activity.• Responsible for creating ongoing press material for publications in all types of media during the year for all accounts.• Responsible for monitoring the environment and overseeing each brand competitor, as well as catching interesting and innovative ideas for all accounts.• Responsible for finding suitable brand ambassadors for Heineken and maintaining the relationship with them.

• Responsible for handling all the internal and external communications for the hotel, focusing mainly on restaurant and bars.• Dealing with local and international press. Taking on the role as general contact for all press enquiries. • Responsible for coordinating and supervising everything from small recordings for television programs, to large shoots for commercials and movie productions. • Responsible for organising all media events to promote new menus or important launches in restaurant and bars. • Responsible for creating party and event concepts, which follow the brands main point of interest (fashion, music and design). The process includes creation of flyers, internal coordination of event logistics, communication and supervision of the event. These events took place at least twice a week and at least 4 times a year with international guests and collaborations (ie. Lollapalooza, Starwood Preferred Guest, international djs etc).• Participation in the creation of the first W Beverage and Food book for sale within the hotel. Duties included coordinating pictures, and writing the texts for the book, both in English and Spanish. • In charge of the hotel's social media: Facebook, Twitter, Trip Advisor. Managing the pages, updating them and answering all comments. I was able to achieve a strong position for each of these pages: 20,500+ fans on Facebook (initial number was 200), creating twitter, creating a solid reputation for answering all Trip Advisor comments. • In charge of monitoring all PR activity in the media in order to maintain set targets.
