I've been a certified CrossFit coach for almost 5 years now; coaching adults, children and individuals with special needs how to move and lift safely. Developing athletes continues to be a passion of mine and something I continue to balance through schooling and other work.I've also worked as a sales associate for a B-Corporation certified store, that also only sells B-Corp certified brands. This experience has furthered my interest in sustainability and better business practices, on a different level than what we generally cover in Planning classes.
