Supported the research faculty within the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at UW Medicine. First point of contact for public inquiries related to the department, especially in regards to COVID-19. Supported, scheduled, and promoted on-site blood drive.

Worked with department staff to plan, manage and execute events and activities specifically targeted for client engagement. Involved in all parts of events coordination and logistics, including monitoring budget expenses for events, activities, and classes. Advised and provided information to staff and clients on events and engagement opportunities.Brainstormed and planned annual community fundraising event with rest of Recreation Department.Worked with Recreation Department Director on Marketing; designed promotional flyers and memos for daily and special events held by and for our facility. Led and assisted with scheduled recreation programming for senior residents, both in-house and off-site, with groups ranging from 3 to 20 persons. Managed IT for in-house presentations and meetings and assisted residents with IT related issues, involving audio and visual set-ups, installing computer updates, solving technology issues, and performing hardware repairs as necessary. Created and maintained event, trip, and other administrative logging systems through Microsoft Word and Excel. Addressed resident, family, and community members concerns and inquires by filling out appropriate paperwork, scheduling, and passing along to management, maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.
