I am a student leader at Indiana University studying Political Science with a focus on public policy. I also am pursuing minors in Spanish and Urban Planning & Community Development. My career objective is to work in public service or policy-making, focusing on community development that promotes social and economic equity. In the short term, I hope to gain hands-on experience in legislative processes and community advocacy, working on Capitol Hill to develop solutions for housing affordability, education, and labor rights.Long-term, I hope to leverage this experience to drive sustainable urban development initiatives and champion policies that foster social justice and equal opportunity. I am especially passionate about uplifting marginalized communities and believe that through policy reform, we can create a society that is more inclusive, equitable, and compassionate. Ultimately, my goal is to help shape a future where government policies actively work to close disparities, protect human rights, and promote equal opportunities.
