When working as Administrator Stena AB Mediabank my main task was to build a structure for our new investment, a common media bank. It was a large project to collect, catagorize and tag all our digital assets within the whole Stena Sphere. I started to collect all the lastest material and continued with older assets with historical value later on.

My resonsibilities as Reception-Switchboard Operator / System Administrator was to welcome and register our visitors to Stena AB HQ, connecting incoming calls and fix new users with accounts and telephone solutions.

Updating of ships manuals, booking trips for our seafarers and normal reception tasks.
