Responsible for educational content for digital platforms direct to consumer. Including Dermalogica partner sites, social media sites and various consumer and trade platforms. This was a newly created role to diversify our education offerings and I made this role my own, building connections and developing strategies with our digital and marketing teams to.

My primary responsibility is to maintain educational standards for Dermalogica in the UK and Ireland by supporting in all aspects of training including the roll out of new initiatives and curriculum. I implement company strategy through the training and development of staff providing constant proactive feedback on staff development and skills progression.
