I am currently self employed, delivering ABA home programmes to individuals and family across the south coast. I work as an associate of The TLC.

I worked as part of a Trans-Disciplinary Team to provide a Positive Behaviour Support approach to all learners. My role included conducting assessments, designing and implement ion skills development programmes, monitoring data to ensure progress and providing ongoing training and support to the staff team.

PBS4 provides Positive Behaviour Support to individual in their own tenancy properties, working with a dedicated staff team for each person we support. I conducted assessments, designing and implemented behaviour support programmes, imported risk assessments and provided ongoing staff training and support.

I was a team leader in the adult services department for the Jigsaw Trust. Jigsaw+ provide ongoing education and care for adults with ASD , and as a team leader I was responsible for the running of my team, including monitoring the clients education programmes and acting as a line manager to the support workers within the team.

Specialist school for individuals with ASD, ages 4 to 19. I was the lead teacher of a class, with the responsibility of managing both the class of children and the team of staff. I completed my CABAS (Comprehensive Application of Behaviour Analysis to Schooling) teacher I rank and a Masters of Education whilst working in this role.

I worked as part of a small team, both behind the bar and on the floor in the restaurant. I also managed taking bookings when needed, managing the cellar, and opening up and shutting down the pub.

I worked part time at Sainsbury’s for 5 years, throughout College and University, taking on full time hours in my gap year. I was trained in many departments, and regularly worked in both the dry goods section and the checkouts. I was also trained in stock control, and took sole charge of this job on Saturdays. This consisted of 6am starts, doing stock counts and code checking, as well as managing disposals and reductions on this day for my department. My customer service skills improved considerably within my role, and I was a member of the Student Colleague Council.
