-Manage and maintain effective relations with with government agencies, industry associations, media and others in Beijing. -Work with Marketing in developing/implementing Brand PR activities (e.g. thematic campaign, new product launch, sponsorship, etc) to serve business needs, including core idea and communication strategy development, program implement and project review.-Fully responsible for the development and maintenance of the Company’s public relations, to establish a good image of public relations for the company.-Maintain and expand media network for corporate image and product/service brand building.-Responsible for the company’s foreign affairs. During the Beijing Olympic Games, China-Africa Forum (Egypt), the Shanghai World Expo, and China-Macao Forum (Macao) and other major international events, successfully arranged about 30 visits by foreign heads of state to the company or meetings with the company’s leaders, so as to achieve brand-building goals.-Took part in government, media and other public relations activities on behalf of the company to maintain public relations and media relations, and enhance the company’s external image; attended hundreds of receptions organized by embassies, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ visa conferences.-Assisted company leaders’ negotiations on all external projects and business tracking; and managed government-type projects.

-Maintain good relations with the government to create a favorable environment for the company.major customer units: People’s Government of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, notaries, foreign consulates in Guangzhou, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other departments.-Responsible for the company’s foreign affairs. Visa handling, including visa green channel, and solving the visa problems, and the number of visas handled accounted for one third of the company’s total visas.-Made use of major events to enhance the company’s influence, and monitor and deal with any company crisis. Planning of high-level visits (visits by state leaders). Every year arranged about 20 visits by foreign dignitaries to the company or meetings with the company’s leaders.-Planning and organizing of major PR events, such as Christmas reception, golf tournament, etc.-Took part in government, media and other public relations activities on behalf of the company to maintain public relations and media relations, and enhance the company’s external image;-management of PR agencies and interior team, and supervise the implementation; led the team to complete the company’s internal assessment targets.
