Led CFC Productions through the E&O processes, partnership relationships, union and guild contracts, and managing the production team. Nurtured emerging talent by mentoring residents in producing, budgeting, business affairs and film logistics.

I led the advancement and management of the production slate along with business relations and marketing strategies. Oversaw the Production and Marketing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Managed budgeting strategies and resource allocation for simultaneous project pipelines. Led partnership development, communications and workflow for new immersive productions across Canada.

I oversaw the complete life cycle of projects, from conception to completion, while managing timelines, ensuring each team hit key milestones and deliverables all within budget. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, I would ensure clear communication and expectations and support blue-sky thinking while considering production and operational constraints.

Responsible for coordinating the CANCOM Symposium events, a hybrid-cross country comedy symposium taking place over several months for Canadian Comedians. Coordinating and contracting comedy panellists, program content, union relationships and attendee deliverables.

Within the Artistic Producer position, I managed and developed Bad Dog Theatre's comedy programs, shows, podcasts, partnerships and events. Leading an innovative, unique, and inclusive comedy season that built community involvement and expanded local partnerships. I worked with performers, directors and producers to encourage the next generation of comedians and manage corporate events and private show schedules.

Responsible for the management of all processes, logistics and critical paths related to the October event and year-round video + events production/broadcast; as well as developing administrative systems to improve efficiencies across the organization year-round.I managed the imagineNATIVE video productions and post-productions along with overseeing live broadcasts and hybrid events. In addition I ran the merch shop, box office, and accessible access and viewing initiatives within the organization.

Responsible for building the internal structure of the website help beacon and support chat. Working cross-departmentally to build a Festival FAQ, live chat schedule, and training for volunteers and staff on its use. Lead organizational customer service and box office support.

Co-Founder and Executive Producer of the Canadian Women's Film Collective devoted to creating films and media that work outside of the constructed industry framework. Along with the E.P. Team I supervise producers in the creation of a season's worth of film and media content through development to post-production. Creating and advance new structures and concepts to re-think the process of creation and production of films within our organization is a personal goal and daily task of mine. Ensuring that production meets competitive goals that speaks to our mandate, I aid in overseeing the contracting of collaborators, mentors, technical houses and distribution. Season 1 enabled me to take on the role of Post-Production Manager seeing through 9 films from the writers room to the final film files.

Manages staff and day to day building operations. Responsible for running special events including Red Carpets, Liaising with talent, Stage Management, Gallery Operations, Communication with Tech., Volunteer services and daily cinema operations. Regular office responsibilities, staff scheduling, training, hiring as well as event planning assistance and coordination.

Responsible for building Festival contracts and hiring, training schedules and handbook resource builds along with critical delivery timelines and load-in/out logistics in collaboration with various departments. Building staff schedules for screenings, events and activities, including Front of House, Red Carpet, Press liaisons and any additional operational festival team members. Created and maintain a detailed production log during the Festival and daily report distributions to teams over multiple Festival venues.
