Responsible for coordinating with district personnel, region manager, and the resource planning and sustainability groups to successfully plan and implement silvicultural programs (including reforestation, and mid-rotation activities) and infrastructure maintenance programs across the RMS'​ North Carolina Region. Responsible for managing the region's hunting license program. Ensure compliance with RMS' sustainable forestry practices and policies and demonstrate compliance with SFI objectives.

Implemented third-party auditing for forest management sustainability certification under the American Tree Farm System. Developed a national training program for over 4000 volunteers, leading over 20 training in person and online workshops. Contributed as a technical expert on advocacy efforts to address the recognition of sustainable forest products in Green Building rating systems.
