Predominantly based in the police HQ, I provide advice and support to officers, members of the public, service users and the NHS to help ensure services users receive the right mental health interventions when in crisis.

Responsible for coordinating shifts, and fulfilling nursing tasks such as medication rounds, 1:1 time with service users, acting as a named nurse, attending MDTs, CPAs, producing safeguarding referrals, care planning, risk assessing and delegating tasks to other members of staff. I have been selected to conduct the monthly audits for physical health, and I have also been selected to act as the ward First Aider and attended the appropriate training to fulfill this role. I have utilised opportunities to gain additional training such as NG feeding, and mentalization based training which I have been able to use to support my service users in conjunction with the nursing interventions learnt during my training. During this time I have also completed the Edward Jenner Leadership Programme.

Working alongside programmers and geologists to test a number of software packages including technical and none technical software. Responsible for accurately recording the defects and features, and ensuring the products satisfy release criteria.This position required an excellent eye for detail, and great patience to find and replicate defects.

Delivering personnel care to disabled and elderly members of the community. This position required excellent communication, patience and compassion, Working with Service users who often had communication and mobility difficulties.

Stationed at the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, This position involved Training to lead men and women of the British Army, in a variety of challenging situations.Working in the British Army has installed in me high values and standards, The Army particularly developed my team work, leadership, and communication skills, all of which are essential as a Birtish Army Officer.
