I focus on driving good Sales to Delivery principles, managing revenue and profit to maintain a successful account. I lead the People agenda across our 100+ resources ensuring inclusion across our delivery locations in UK, Hungary, Germany, Bulgaria and India

Lead complex Global Business Services >$20M deals based in the UK. I engage with the Senior Management early in the bid cycle to drive the bid team towards a value driven proposal for large complex deals. Drive the team to produce a strategy, win themes and clear vision using the VDP and revenue storm approaches. Earn respect by building strong relationships with the key stakeholders and wider team. Challenge the team across all levels of seniority to constructively improve the deliverable and bid process.

This role involves communicating with sellers to manage and lead the internal functions in IBM to ensure we provide the customer with the best and timely proposals and contracts.

Job share where I work a full week job sharing 2 roles with part time employees. This role involves metric analysis and reporting. I am highly focused on process improvement which has allowed me to pick up the second role.

Reported and monitored the revenue on two large outsourcing accounts whilst I was on placement at IBM for one year.
