Graduate of Southern Illinois University Pre-Law/Paralegal Studies Major. I am currently a 1L at Southern Illinois University Simmons School of Law. I have a tremendous amount of experience in customer service through many years working as a server being hands on and taking care of customers needs, as a cashier at Sams Club assisting customers on the front line, as a student working at the Center for International Education at SIU, and at my first job working at Krispy Kreme in multiple roles as a Shift Leader, front end cashier, and drive-thru employee. Not to mention I enjoyed working as a sports official with IHSA (Illinois High School Association) covering a wide range of sports including: football, softball, basketball, volleyball and track&field. Before learning this skill set I spent numerous hours volunteering as a coach for junior football and basketball programs in my high school. I find joy in all things health and fitness related and continue to delve into different opportunities that I find to stay connected to this part of my life.In my years of college I took part in clubs, internships, and many volunteer efforts. The Organization of Paralegal Studies was one of my favorites and I took on roles as Secretary and Treasurer for a few semesters. I volunteered multiple times for The Big Event and worked as a Site Leader in my last semester. Along with many other things I took part in a few internship. One was during Spring Break of my Junior year with Boggs, Avellino, Lach and Boggs Law Firm and I interned with Meagan Rich Attorney at Law, LLC for that following Spring. I am a fast learner and very motivated to continue to develop my career in the legal field. I began my career as a Paralegal at Harvey & Baker, P.C. working along side Partner and Associate Attorneys with trial prep, discovery, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, and maintaining a large case load from August 2022 to August 2024. I left this position to begin my Law School education at Simmons Law School, where I am currently a 1L in the Class of 2027.
