I am a versatile and relatable Human Resources Advisor & Business Partner with more than fifteen years’ experience driving and supporting workforce operations and strategy within highly complex environments.Having run my own business and held Payroll Manager roles in my earlier career before turning my focus to HR, I bring a commercial lens combined with a practical approach to add value as an Advisor on all things people & culture.
