I work directly with the lead in Strategy & Planning in the finance department.Tasks include: • Update and manage financial documents including balance sheets and HPE Quarterly BusinessReports.• Send out Electronic Digital Messages, create PDLs, and manage webinar bookings along with updatingthe website and the intranet page.• Host monthly staff team meetings and prepare the PowerPoint decks for staff team meetings includingfinancial.• Rebrand collateral to meet new brand standards and mainly do this work on excel, Microsoft word,and teams.• Manage a 6-million-dollar budget excel spreadsheet for my teams marketing and collateral. • Manage the activity tracker for over 70 team remembers given tasks and make sure they meet thequarter requirements.
