I have supported both corporate and boutique companies and have consolidated generalist and international knowledge to business partner with senior management as well as building trusting relationships with employees.I have worked in the Insurance Industry since moving to Singapore in 2013, business partnering and leading HR teams in Zurich and Aviva Insurance Companies.My last role in London was in a soft commodities trading company where I created and implemented processes and policy on global mobility and international HR in diverse countries within Africa, South America and Asia. Before this, I was with a magic circle global Law firm for 6 years in a variety of generalist and international HR roles including setting up the HR function to a new office in Madrid.
