Compiled the work samples of a set of nominees for the 2024 Grants to Artists award through in-depth online research. Organized biographies for grantee nominators and guest panelists for current and upcoming grant panels.

Ensured the printshop’s cleanliness and orderliness for use by undergraduate and graduate students as well as resident artists. Communicated with the printshop manager and master printer regularly to maintain a clean, well-supplied, and usable printshop. Assisted students with logistical and technical questions related to using the machines and tools in the space.

Collaborated with master printer Nathan Catlin and printshop manager Chloe Crookall to complete a set of resident artist projects, including an etching edition by Kiki Smith, a lasercut edition by Duke Riley, a set of relief editions by Susanna Coffey, and a reduction relief edition by John Walker. Collaborated on completing every step of the printing projects, including printing, cutting down paper, curating, and assembling.Assisted in a "Late Shift X Sarah Sze" live printmaking workshop at The Guggenheim as a closing event for the exhibition "Sarah Sze: Timelapse." Actively aided a master printer in registering and screen printing custom Sarah Sze designs on a variety of pre-selected and unique garments brought in by museum visitors.

Assisted artist Agnes Denes in organizing her writings and artwork in preparation for an upcoming biography and film. Organized her physical space and sorts through archived materials to locate relevant essays, articles, and writings for Denes' projects.

Actively researched past and current grantees as well as organizations, researchers, and universities for potential collaboration with CAF. Maintained and updated the biographies and pages of CAF grantees with the status of their projects. Reviewed transcripts, grant proposals, and project proposals.Interviewed contemporary artists, researchers, and writers Claude Jones, Suzy Gonzalez, and Carol Gigliotti working in animal rights activism and climate justice. Helped with the production of the audio documentary Chart2050, which highlights the last 200 years of animal rights legislation through interviews, primary source documents, and researched episodic narratives.

Regularly handled paintings in a range of sizes and weights for transportation, photography, reframing, and mounting. Organized and created a working database of over 100 artists to help with distribution of art pieces to dozens of online clients. Contacted art conservationists, auction houses, and neighboring galleries to set up artwork pickups and appraisal. Researched and cataloged at least 5-10 individual artworks a week through writing descriptions and researching provenance.

Handled store funds at the start of each working day by counting and opening registers and completing deposits and cash orders. Assisted in the maintenance of item stock. Aided customers in answering questions and locating items on the floor.

Co-taught art classes using professional-level art materials to groups of kids between ages 7-14. Organized end-of-week exhibitions for students to showcase their work. Assisted students in learning and using new equipment and tools such as cameras and sewing machines. Conceptualized project ideas and executed them in collaboration with class teachers.Worked at the Governor’s Island location with a lead teacher and an assistant teacher to help five students work on a set of exploratory and collaborative art installations that included a wood monument and bookmaking. The class focused on found materials and connections to the the natural world.

Assisted with classes geared towards providing recreational and accessible spaces for children with disabilities. Planned and led events and programming in classes like yoga, karate, and social skills development for kids between the ages of 5-15. Participated in a college-level course at Hofstra University that connected aspiring social workers and educators working as assistant teachers.

Coordinated instrumental groups to travel around the concert hall in an orderly fashion. Ensured adherence to schedule throughout all recitals.
