- collecting different types of requirements; - analyzing and modeling of business processes (IDEF0, BPMN); - describing the requirements for development team in format of User stories & Use Cases;- developing the user interface layouts (Figma), control over the user interface development process;- preparing the xsd-schemes of EDI-messages using international standards in eCommerce (GS1, UN/EDIFACT, EANCOM);- communications with the development team, third-party organizations and teams (the Road transportation management system, the Rail transportation management system, declaration systems, foreign EDI-providers);- creation and filling of the knowledge base for the project, keeping it up to date for internal use by team members;- preparing the presentation materials (videos, presentations).

- building of the technical support department (7 people) and further management; - hiring new specialists: conducting several dozen interviews, selecting about 10 specialists for the technical support department);- provision of technical support on customer requests via IP-telephony, ticket system, mail, messengers (about 3 thousand legal entities of active customers);- implementation of a software product (integration) on the client side - more than 100 successful implementations carried out personally;- consultation of clients on the software product, collecting and processing feedback from users, which made it possible to make the necessary improvements and additions to the system functions, improve the product;- creation of training materials for internal use and for end users of the system (dozens of instructions and manuals, about 10 video lessons, technical documentation for integration with our software product), which helped users learn how to work with the system on their own;- monitoring of the system operation, analysis of traffic and occurring errors, which made it possible to identify and eliminate the causes of errors;- regular interaction with the development team: setting and prioritizing tasks (Jira, YouTrack), monitoring their execution;- training of company employees, filling the knowledge base (Confluence).
