In this role I am directly accountable for all aspects of the business performance, Financial commitments and objective based goals. Designing the regional strategy, ensuring product ecosystem TTM, harmony with other business units, aligning to the overall company strategy, integrating and leveraging on WW marketing campaigns, review/ approval of marketing plans and investments to drive agreed objectives. In addition to controlling all areas which could impact the P&L from supply forecasting and Inventory management, Supplier rebates, Royalty payments effectively to minimise business risk to deliver on the business commitments.

Accountable for defining the HP Consumer PC and Mobility accessories product strategy, execution and success in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region to achieve revenue and gross margin metrics. Collaborative engagement across all aspects of the business process, actively engaging in the WW product development process to deliver a competitive roadmap for Asia. Responsible for the end to end management of complex of a product launches, regulatory certifications, supplier material forecasting, regional liability, product lifecycle management through to end-of-life execution and transition.

Managed some the UK’s leading Retail customers including ASDA Wal-Mart, Marks & Spencer’s, Costco, QVC and Harrods with annual HP PC revenues over $25m. As the HP Retail Account Manager, I was focused on driving revenue growth across laptop and desktop PC business as well as HP accessories; ensuring HP gained strong brand presence, share of shelf and wallet. Building strong relationships at all levels within my account set allowed me to execute several very successful account campaigns and significantly generate new and incremental revenue for HP.

Named Account Manager in the HP Software business selling to the Communications, Media and Entertainment sector aligned to 30 major accounts. Rapidly developed the ability to sell complex HP software solutions from the HP BTO portfolio across multiple lines of the business involving Professional Services, SAAS and HP Channel Partners as necessary. Responsible for finding new business as well as seeking up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing install base and responding to incoming customer requirements.
