Responsible for answering and screening all incoming calls/guests in an efficient manner. Assisted entire office with a variety of tasks including booking all work related travel, arranging needs for client meetings, shipping and purchasing assets. Responsible for the ordering and restocking of all office supplies, as well as day to day upkeep of all common areas. Also in charge of biweekly happy hours and all other work events.

Served as the customer support function for the company and answered customer support emails in a thorough and friendly manner. Supported CEO with any necessary tasks such as managing his schedule and light book keeping. Acted as Office Manager and completed all like duties. Assisted in creating an organization system for receipts including hard and electronic copies of all company expenses. Acted as Shelter Liaison for all partnerships with animals shelters. Monitored the community via profiles, messages and activity.

Collaborated with guests on orders and designs while making recommendations with a persuasive selling style, as well as managed the on-line ordering process. Remained goal and results orientated, and assisted the Guest Services Team with day to day tasks when help was needed. Began with Susie Cakes as a basic Level 4 Guest Services team member, and worked diligently for promotions to end in the supervisory role of Celebration Specialist.
