Managed SCC’s external communication and digital channels.Communications efforts: planned, wrote, edited, designed, ordered, adapted and published digital and print material such as: campaign material • web content • newsletters • publications • photos •illustrations • infographics • templates. Edited, cut and subtitled films. Managed SCC’s website and other digital channels: created and published content, maintained and developed the channels and the use of them, monitored and evaluated activities by assessing metrics to improve and optimize efforts and strategies regarding digital channels. Doubled the numbers of followers on Linkedin during 2019 and increased the reach of the newsletter.  
Project manager and driving force behind the decision and work upgrading from Apsis Pro to Apsis One (marketing platform) for increased flexibility, customer due diligence, more functionality and personalized communication.Graphic design: In addition to designing usual communication materials I formulated and designed graphic profiles (from existing guidelines) for SCC Platform and Ad Hoc Platform, two new digital platforms. I also designed web- and print material as well as give-aways.Upgraded newsletter with a more modern and user-friendly design, in a new marketing platform, in early 2020.Mostly used Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Umbraco, Apsis, Google Analytics, and Office 365. I educated colleagues and external users and formulated guidelines for more effective and consistent work on the website.In 2016, together with a colleague, I updated and improved a website to make it responsive and more user-friendly. I also managed the digital project administration tool in SharePoint linked to our website.Graphic design: I was responsible for the organisation's graphic profile which I updated to give it a more modern look and feel when we developed a new website.  This included creating and providing guidelines and templates to facilitate a coherent, consistent and distinct visual design.  I was both the internal and external point of contact for print services and issues. Mostly used Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), EPiServer, IdRelay, SharePoint, Google Analytics, MyNewsdesk and Microsoft Office. I structured, updated and kept the intranet current as well as built up a new part in the intranet and formulated general guidelines. I was a EPiServer and Siebel (Sales support system) superuser, for the whole organisation (with over 2000 employers in Sweden in 2000). I gave tips and support, held training courses, and made sure Siebel was used in an active and informed way which was consistent with the sales process as well as controlled the quality for added effectiveness and better results.  Show less
