As a primary Key Holder, I performed many of the managerial duties including, opening and closing the store, courteously greeting customers and assisting them with questions, purchases. Having a lead position, I ensured customer satisfaction by resolving issues/conflicts, and providing the best possible customer service. I efficiently processed transactions and merchandise when busy. I also operated cash registers and computers to itemize and total customer purchases. I took over the social media aspect of the business promoting our products through Facebook.

As a sales associate I assisted customers with questions, and purchasing merchandise. Daily duties performed included operating cash registers, processing shipment, maintaining inventory, and overall customer satisfaction. Other duties included traveling to Expos, and shows for purchasing to keep the store current with the latest products, fashions, and trends. Operating for a wide client base, it was imperative to remain updated and educated in the industry to ensure the ability to assist customers.
