The Publicis Health UK companies I lead (Langland, Saatchi and Saatchi Wellness and Digitas Health) have a unique set of capabilities – powered by the most talented bunch of people in the industry – that make a real difference to patients’ lives through the work we do.I have the pleasure of working with scientists, artists, writers, techies and social media experts to name but a few, as we all come together on our journey to build healthier futures.Outside of work, I also head a small team with my partner – a tweenager and an unruly dog! Just as with my professional life, it is challenging and rewarding in equal measure. I am a true believer in bringing your whole self to work, and my experiences from both my career journey and my life journey have taught me how to lead with compassion, understanding and respect.
