Should my clients find themselves in a court room I can help formulate a strategy to make sure they are in the best possible position to achieve a successful outcome. I've seen the impact that a trial can have on a business so I will do everything I can to avoid litigation altogether. Mediation is a popular alternative. I regularly represent my clients in mediations to help them negotiate the best possible deal. I can then ensure that any deal reached is reflected in a properly worded agreement. I am also willing to engage in other ways of resolving disputes whether this is arbitration or completely informal meetings and negotiations. I have even had cases settle over a pint in the pub!Many of my clients are in the technology sector so it will not surprise you to know that I have a particular focus on Intellectual Property disputes often with an international element.I really enjoy working with my clients and alongside their existing advisors.
