As the senior leader responsible for corporate communications and Public Affairs at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, I strengthen and advance the brand and vision of a multi-campus, research-intensive academic health sciences centre by delivering strategic, innovative and engaging communication and community engagement programs. I provide expert counsel to the senior leadership team in matters of corporate reputation, issues management and integrated marketing communications and inspire a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class results on internal and external campaigns. I also serve as the senior lead for communications for the St. Joseph's Health System, one of the country's largest health care systems.

A member of the Senior Leadership Team, I developed and oversaw the implementation of the organization's strategic communication plan and fostered effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and strengthen the organization's brand. Acted as spokesperson, liaison and brand champion.
