Through a company called Swissport, Im a Passenger Service Assistant/ Ground Staff, helping check in passengers and assist passengers for international flights such as checking bags and passport/visa verifications. Following safety protocols and maintaining good customer support. I’m also a gate lead and assist with the boarding process communicating with the passengers by making announcements, communicating with the crew members and pilot, and my fellow team mates, leading a safely and smoothly boarding process of 150-400 passengers in a flight.
