With a diverse legal background, her expertise spans trial practice, data security and privacy, licensing and software, business structures, private equity, and contract law. After 15 years of litigation at prominent law firms, she became deeply interested in blockchain technology, particularly its potential for zero-knowledge proof identity verification, which allows for enhanced privacy without disclosing sensitive underlying information.Recently, Victoria was appointed by the Florida Bar to the Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee, where she focuses on the privacy and security challenges facing companies amid the rise of AI and global data privacy concerns.
