Fertility Connected offers an at-home female fertility screening system that allows women to get a current snapshot of their ovarian reserve level. Their goal is to provide women with fertility knowledge sooner and connecting women with our network of fertility specialists if needed. My responsibilities within this temporary role included creating a clear marketing, social media and PR strategy, enacting and adapting this strategy to ensure we are successful in launching. Created written and visual content that aligned with said strategy and worked to manage initial launch.

Worked as a critical leadership partner with the Store Manager, to establish our presence as the first Intermix on the Hawaiian Islands. Successfully created a productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best and the business thrives. Mainly accountable for developing and maintaining staff selling and service skills, in addition to the day-to-day operations of running a successful business with an authentic approach. Also took on marketing efforts, working to create separate tourist and local outreach strategies for our store's clientele base. Worked to find opportunities in our market, in terms of special international holidays, as well as periods of increased visitation from residents of specific countries. Saw success in our numbers, going above and beyond our financial targets for the first time since opening on island, after pushing for corporate approval to host special events that spoke to both international guests and our unique local client base.

In creating this Marketing Strategy, I researched and handled how to execute creative solutions for marketing campaigns, including improvement of marketing campaign performance through utilization of problem solving skills to discover new trends and approaches. Worked with a local entrepreneur to enhance and scale up marketing efforts for two companies involving real estate education and construction camera sales. Responsible for all marketing activities. Created marketing materials in Photoshop and InDesign, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, and Customer Service. Researched and collaborated with a web developer on best industry practice to develop a new site and effective landing page. Generated new business by acquiring licenses to offer Real Estate Courses in additional states, and implemented individualized rollout plans for each state.
