At costa i worked as team leader then promoted to manager at a young age. Working long hours daily, on average 40 hours a week. Costa coffee is tremendously busy with high expectations due to working in a customer focused, food-based environment. At costa you had to work fast, maintain a clean and safe inviting environment and always be prepared for store excellence checks. At costa coffee brand excellence, upselling and presentation is highly important.

Working in the pavilion restaurant was part of my hospitality and catering college course. During this time I had work experience in serving large amounts of customers of all ages. This work experience included; cleaning, waitressing, food and beverage service, front desk, working as a team and preparing the restaurant in the mornings.
