In this high-end Yorkville condominium, I provided quality, personalized service to the residents at 155 Cumberland on a consistent basis. I was responsible for carrying out estate duties, assisting contractors, mail distribution, greeting guests, parking distribution, and admin related tasks such as filing, data entry and booking appointments.

As a Guest Services Agent at this four-star, full-service property, I was responsible for the check-in and check-outs. Most importantly, I was responsible for ensuring that every guest had a memorable stay, while generating revenue for the property. I was at this property while we went through a thorough lobby renovation, and implemented the texting Concierge program, “Kipsu”. I focused on raising our guest satisfaction scores and exceeding company targets. I was awarded Employee of The Year in 2017 in this role and was nominated for Guest Services Ambassador of the Year for the GTHA Spirit Awards in Toronto.
