My favorite part of this role is creating an environment where the students feel free to express themselves. I love that Reach, Inc is an organization that supports students through the different seasons of their education and employment journey. It's a profound experience to see the high school students bloom in their role of tutoring the elementary students. Some quiet and reserved the first few weeks laughing freely as they engage with the students. Seeing them become leaders as I focus on coaching them in how to present the curriculum.

Having experience supporting high-level executives, this role was a natural one to step into. During my time with Pink Events, I supported their National Sales Director by:➢ Formulating time-saving templates for mass team communications that resulted in increased response and engagement ➢ Developing social media content and copy to create another touchpoint for internal team communication ➢ Trained her team members on the Zoom platform as well as developed a workflow for setting up virtual events and broadcasting the information to the internal team to be shared with new recruits➢ Managed and recruited team assigned to host and organize an event of 40+ guests➢ Crafted a speech presented by Executive Director at National Sales Event with over 200+ participantsWhat was unique about this experience was I went from reporting to the office to becoming a virtual assistant.
