Voice 21 campaign for oracy to have a higher status in the education system.Lead relationship building, engagement, membership and membership renewal and growth for 200+ Voice 21 Oracy schools in the North Region including six group commissioners.• Use understanding of member schools to create ‘wow’ moments’ across the membership journey.• Manage group contracts and projects, including sending communications, project planning and reporting to group/local authority commissioners or funders about progress• Represent Voice 21 in-person and online to external audiences in meetings and events (e.g. present at virtual webinars to support schools as they start their membership or progress meetings with group project leads).• Develop the Voice 21 Oracy school network by organising and delivering regional and national network events.• Use networking to enhance school experience and act as a tool for growth, value and retention.• Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand the educational landscape, and work with colleagues to strengthen and grow the Voice 21 Oracy schools network.• Support and guide schools to access member benefits that best meet their needs, are most impactful for their students and steward them towards accreditation as a Voice 21 Oracy Centre of Excellence (e.g. use diagnostic tools to set action plans for the membership year and signpost to Voice 21 products, resources and events).• Gain frontline insights from listening to schools - collect, track and analyse data about their patterns of behaviour and use these insights to improve their experience.• Meet membership renewal targets, in line with growth forecasting, by holding information sessions and guiding member schools and senior leaders of multi-academy trusts through the renewal process.
