Elsevier Learning Management System Administrator for M Health Fairview. Contracted to analyze, develop, design, implement and evaluate Joint Commission and Minnesota Department of Health-set regulatory standard-meeting eLearning lessons. Lessons are taken by over 34,000 staff members at 10 hospitals and 60 clinics state-wide. I grow customer relationships through ServiceNow ticketing system and as an administrator of team email. I have led my team through the co-onboarding of 4 new team members.

Collaborated with non-profit fundraisers to create high-profile events. Assisted with management of donor and volunteer relations across the upper midwest for ALSAC, the fundraising organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Gathered quantitative research for "Women's & Men's Prominence in Sports Coverage & Changes in Large-, Medium-, and Small-City Newspapers, Pre- & Post- Title IX: A Local Play for Equality?", a paper sponsored by The Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport and the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. The research results were presented at Ishpes in Cairo, Egypt in April 2017.The attached video presentation is a summary presentation of a research methods paper I authored looking into how one's sex affects that person's willingness to respond to various fad diets, i.e., gluten free diets or the Whole 30 Challenge by surveying college athletes of both sexes and all skill levels at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Built my skills in SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) programming through creating and interpreting data for 40 students’ individual research projects.

Responsible for pitching, researching, creating and editing stories for the student-run newspaper. Managed teams of writers and cooperatively created relevant, newsworthy content for our campus. Gained expertise in InDesign layout for print and digital publications.

Created content for Ann & Robert H. Lurie's Hospital blogs and pitched stories to Chicago’s media outlets. Stories have been covered in Chicago Sun Times and Chicago Tribune. Stories covered daily life for patients and families and health and safety tips from on-staff pediatric health experts.

Gained experience in office administration and day-to-day operations of law, tax, and realty office.

Provided invaluable assistance to Representatives and House staff by assisting with the switchboard, delivering messages, running errands and distributing bills and amendments.
