PRODUCTION SUPERVISORResponsible for leading the production in order to satisfy the customer and meet the requirements in terms of quality, quantity and real time delivery at low cost as much as possibleEnsure that all subordinates complying the standard procedures to have quality of work and to avoid misprocessing of lots and help to achieve production goalsProactive and initiates improvement for productivity and efficiency of work and more sensitive to the needs of production especially if it has impart to their productivityEscalate all issues encountered with the support and collaborate for effective and fastest action to solve the issues and meet the dead line.Transparent with the team, with communication meeting regarding their goals, status of lots, procedures implemented and issues encounteredMotivate the team and feel them they are part of the teamProduction SENIOR PLANNERA heart of production that can control and manage the line up to meet the customer demands and meet the on time delivery at lower cost.Provide a loading plan or schedule of lots to be tested in production using equipment available based on the customer demands or product order request given by Planning.Ensure that Commit lots must be tested and move to DIE BANK real time with no quality issueCollaborate with the team to meet the deadlines and to ensure that they also knew the priorities to run and to move as finished goods.Provide reports to update the team regarding the status of lots we processed, lots still in process and lots on hold.Consistent checking of inventories and daily update to meet the commit dates and more output.
