I have over a decade of expertise across UK and cross-border personal tax, wills, estate planning, probate and trusts for international high net worth individuals. From March 2017 to March 2018 I was a member of the General Anti-Abuse Rule (GAAR) Advisory Panel, the independent advisory panel which approves HMRC’s GAAR guidance and provides opinions on cases where HMRC considers the GAAR may apply.I have been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2009 after passing all four diploma papers with distinction. In 2013 I also passed the STEP advanced certificate in UK tax for international individuals with distinction.
