- Supporting adolescent and young adult Clients from various backgrounds with a multitude of clinical needs through trauma-informed, evidenced based, LGBTQ+ Affirming, and compassion centered individualized care in a virtual 12-week Intensive Outpatient program through both individual and family therapy.- Collaborating with Clients in the development of treatment plans, monthly treatment plan updates, and safety planning while serving as the Client's liaison and advocate pertaining to all other branches of the company.- Maintaining approximately 28 client hours per week that primarily consists of Client's in need of high acuity care, with symptoms such as psychosis symptoms, severe depression symptoms, emotional distress, significant trauma history, multiple personalities, and much more.- Administering weekly and bi-weekly assessment to ensure Clients are being provided measurement-based care thus contributing to the company's 52% reduction in depression levels, 73% reduction in suicidal ideation, and 55% reduction in self-harm days.
