- Responsible for the day to day operations of 3 Great Clips salon along with owner- Overseeing Marketing and growth opportunities within the communities - Coaching and mentoring salon managers

- Working with TPH managers across Canada to assist in driving further revenue to the branch, increasing their accounts and providing them with the necessary marketing tools. - Creating relationships and opportunities in an increasingly competitive industry.-Responding to Requests for Proposals from large national companies and working to generate and fulfil complex opportunities.

Managing the branch, the staff and providing customers with the highest quality, short run printing and the fastest turnaround time in the industry. Be as creative as possible !

- Knowledgeable on various wines and regions- Provide LCBO customers with wine tasting and tasting notes - Responsible for sales and marketing of each varietal showcased

- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities; developing solutionstrategies and engaging influencers and business partners whereappropriate.- Developing and maintaining customer relationships in a specificindustry sector and territory- Organizing and managing a territory of approximately 1000 accounts.- Understanding the roles, responsibilities and departments of IBMcustomers.- Growing the territory year over year and developing an effectiveterritory plan.- Becoming the face of IBM to the client and resolving any customersatisfaction issues.
