As part of the Red Hat's IT Portfolio Management Team, I designed, developed, implemented portfolio management processes for RH Global IT with a clear focus on strategic alignment and value delivery, demonstrating how project portfolio management (PPM) practices can contribute tremendously to maturing the organization's portfolio management culture, maximizing the organization's investment decision-making capability of portfolio management leaders in implementing and achieving the organization's strategy. My IT Portfolio Mgmt Team implemented open portfolio management practices supported by Clarity PPM as Red Hat IT's portfolio management solution in managing Red Hat's global IT portfolio of strategic initiatives. Also represented the Office, served as statewide approver in statewide IT projects approval process, part of the State's Enterprise PMO role in IT governance, review/approval of statewide IT projects and programs.As NC OSC Senior IT Project and Program Manager, managed for multiple application development and infrastructure services projects with full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of project management, including scope/requirements management and risk/quality/communications management; ensured consistent successful project delivery of financial services, accounting and cash management / control systems projects.At NC DOT PMO, managed IT / transportation projects with responsibility for the full project life cycle; developed/maintained the project plan, ensured project scope covered all project requirements, managed project schedule for timely project completion, managed project issues and risks, and implemented quality assurance processes to satisfy quality standards.
